Registration Fees

Registration Deadline: October 16, 2026

The registration fee covers all academic sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, and the gala dinner on 27 November. Publication fees in international proceedings are not included.

Payment — International Participants

The registration fee should be paid in US dollars by international bank transfer to the account below, on or before 16 October 2026.

The account is held in the name of the General Chair on behalf of the GRN-BRI 2026 Organizing Committee.

When making the transfer

Please enter your name and paper ID (e.g., GRNBRI2026-001) in the remittance information so that we can identify your payment.

Co-authors and participants attending together should each make a separate transfer.

Bank charges are payable by the sender.

After completing the transfer, please email a copy of the remittance receipt to grnbri2026@gmail.com. We will confirm your registration by email.

Receipts, certificates of participation, and invoices for institutional reimbursement are issued on request to grnbri2026@gmail.com.

If a bank transfer is not possible, payment may be made in cash (KRW or USD) at the registration desk on site.

Payment — Domestic Participants (Korea)

Bank transfer to the account below.

The account is held by the Program Chair on behalf of the GRN-BRI 2026 Organizing Committee. Please enter your name and institution as the depositor reference. Payment may also be made directly by your institution.

Receipts and certificates of participation are issued upon request to grnbri2026@gmail.com. Tax invoices are not issued.

On-site Registration

Cash only (KRW or USD). Card terminals are not available at the venue. Domestic (Korean) participants should pay by bank transfer in advance or in cash on site.
